During the annual  IAEA General Conference, Dr. Ralf Kaiser participated as an official  member of the United Kingdom delegation. Ralf was also  keynote speaker during a UK-organised side event at this conference.  At the side event, Ralf also debated nuclear waste characterisation issues as part of a discussion panel.
